1. What Best AZ Junk Removal is
Best AZ Junk Removal is an invite only, verified directory of junk removal professionals serving Arizona. We help consumers discover and compare listed pros. We are not a junk removal company ourselves, and we do not perform cleanouts, hauling, or disposal.
2. No employment or agency relationship
Listed professionals are independent businesses. Using this site does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and Best AZ Junk Removal, or between Best AZ Junk Removal and any listed pro. Consumers hire pros directly. Any contract, estimate, payment, scheduling, or work product is solely between the consumer and the pro.
3. Verification is point in time, not a guarantee
When we verify a listing, we review information available at that time, such as licensing or insurance details the pro provides or that we can reasonably check. Verification is a snapshot. It can become outdated. It is not a warranty, endorsement, or guarantee of quality, safety, pricing, legality of disposal, insurance coverage, or future compliance. Always do your own diligence before hiring.
4. Listings and listing fees
Listings may be invite only or subject to our approval. We may charge listing, membership, or related fees as described on the site or in a separate agreement with the pro. We may edit, suspend, or remove a listing for any reason, including inaccurate information, policy violations, or nonpayment.
5. Junk Pro fees, cancellation, and refunds
All fees paid to Best AZ Junk Removal are non-refundable once a Junk Pro’s verification has been approved and payment has been processed. This includes annual fees, monthly fees, and prepaid placements. Refunds and credits are not issued for partial periods, unused time, or early cancellation.
Monthly and annual plans may be canceled at any time through the billing portal. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. The Junk Pro’s listing and any paid placements will remain active until that date, and no further charges will be made.
By completing payment, the Junk Pro acknowledges and agrees to this policy. Best AZ Junk Removal may update this policy at any time, and any changes will apply only to billing periods that begin after the update.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to use the site lawfully and honestly. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for keeping your account credentials secure if you have an account.
7. Prohibited conduct
You may not:
- Misrepresent your identity, credentials, licenses, insurance, reviews, or affiliation with Best AZ Junk Removal
- Scrape, harvest, or bulk export listing data without our written permission
- Post spam, malware, or deceptive content
- Interfere with the site, other users, or our systems
- Use the site to solicit illegal dumping or other unlawful activity
- Impersonate Best AZ Junk Removal or another person or business
8. Intellectual property
The Best AZ Junk Removal name, logo, site design, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission. Listing content remains the responsibility of the pro who submitted it. By submitting content, pros grant us a license to display and promote that content on the site and related marketing.
9. Third party services and links
The site may link to third party websites or tools. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
10. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND LISTINGS ARE PROVIDED AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Arizona law, Best AZ Junk Removal and its owners, operators, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the site or from any dealing with a listed pro. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits. If those rules apply to you, some of the above may not apply.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold harmless Best AZ Junk Removal from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys fees) arising from your misuse of the site, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The Last updated date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts located in Arizona will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the site, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
